About you:  As a Senior Business Analyst for the Access Intelligent Care Platform (AICP), you will work closely with the Product Team, Development Squads, customers, and other stakeholders to understand customer challenges and ensure our solutions meet business and clinical needs. You will translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation, playing a key role in driving product quality and minimising clinical risk. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will also play a leadership role within the Business Analysis function, line-managing and mentoring other Business Analysts as the team expands. You will be responsible for fostering the professional development of the team, driving best practices in business analysis, and ensuring alignment with product and delivery objectives. Day-to-day, you will:  • Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand challenges, translating these into user stories and supporting documents. • Write epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, capturing details using Microsoft Azure Boards • Line manage and support the development of a growing team of other Business Analysts, providing coaching, performance management, and professional development guidance • Develop a sound understanding of customers’ business processes and requirements, becoming an expert in these areas   Your skills and experiences might also include:   • Experience in the UK Healthcare or Local Government sectors is highly desirable. • Excellent organisational and decision-making skills, with the ability to apply structured and evidence-based approaches • Experience working within SCRUM teams • Experience managing or mentoring Business Analysts or other team members is highly desirable What are we all about?  The Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered providers of business management software to small and mid-sized organisations in the UK, Ireland, USA and Asia Pacific.
