About you:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead the successful delivery of marketing technology projects. This role demands a dynamic blend of project management, business analysis, and training expertise to effectively engage with business stakeholders and ensure project outcomes align seamlessly with strategic objectives.
Day-to-day, you will:
o Develop detailed project plans for small to medium projects, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
o Collaborate with Marketing and Sales stakeholders to gather and prioritize user stories, ensuring alignment with business goals and Agile principles.
o Create User-Friendly Documentation: Develop clear, concise training materials, user guides, and reference documents to support ongoing learning and system usage
o Contribute to the refinement of Agile practices by identifying opportunities for process enhancements, improving team efficiency, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• 5+ years of experience working with Marketing Technology (MarTech) systems like CRM, marketing automation, CMS, and analytics platforms.
• Proficiency in MarTech platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe Experience Cloud, or similar.
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale, cross-functional projects, particularly those involving the implementation or optimization of MarTech solutions.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools and methods (e.g., Google Analytics, DataBricks, SQL).
