We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have one charity day allocated to support a cause that matters to you.     About you:  As a Sales Strategy and Planning Lead, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the strategy for a "Go for Growth" Sales Operations function that will drive The Access Group into its next phase of growth. You’ll work closely with our Revenue Operations team to implement initiatives across our diverse divisions. You will bring strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills, with deep expertise in sales operations and planning, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Day-to-day, you will:  • Sales Operation Planning: Drive annual growth planning, including: • Territory Mapping: Establish effective territory structures for Account Management and New Business teams. • Sales Capacity and Hiring: Build and maintain a capacity planning framework with quarterly reviews to align hiring and achieve sales budget targets. • Quota Planning: Partner with Divisional Business Partners to ensure accurate quota planning across the Sales organisation. • Sales Org Structure: Support adjustments to the Sales team structure to align with growth goals. • Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement business plans, tracking and ensuring their delivery. • Project Management: Design and oversee multiple initiatives that support company goals and targets. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, revenue operations, and other teams to align on strategic objectives. • Business Analysis: Monitor and analyse business performance against strategic growth objectives. • Process Management: Identify, document, and drive improvements in Access Group planning processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.   Your skills and experiences might also include:    • Strong analytical skills and commercial experience with a data-driven approach. • Proven experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role. • Highly organised and proactive self-starter, skilled at adapting to shifting demands to meet business objectives effectively. • Advanced strategic thinker with a proactive approach to anticipating challenges and providing solutions. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. • Skilled in developing efficient processes and promoting best practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with all levels of the organisation.
