We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have one charity day allocated to support a cause that matters to you.      About you:   As a Sales Planner, you will play a critical role in supporting the Hospitality Elevate Account Management Team who manage our Enterprise Hospitality brands including Gail’s, Nando’s, Pizza Express, Fuller’s, Stonegate and Zizzi by managing strategic multi brand, multi product complex contracts, ensuring seamless billing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive client satisfaction. You will be responsible for generating contracts, adhering to business rules, resolving billing issues, and maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders to deliver optimal solutions. Day-to-day, you will:   Review and prepare contracts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client needs and internal rules. Ensure rejected orders are corrected and resubmitted in advance of month end. Work to mitigate rejected orders by developing check lists and Participate in regular check-ins with Account Managers and Operations teams to discuss contract, invoices updates and client requirements. Address client queries related to contracts, billing, and invoicing, ensuring timely resolutions and providing regular customer updates on progression to resolution. Monitor billing processes, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate and timely invoicing with the Accounting team. Present solutions for client needs that conflict with business rules, coordinating with internal teams to implement them. Maintain up-to-date records and provide management with regular reports on contract status and client feedback. Your skills and experiences might also include:    Highly organized with strong attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy of contracts, billing, and documentation and follow up with internal teams and customers providing updates and progress. Ability to plan ahead to hit milestones and anticipating potential issues and blockers to ensure deadlines for updates and month, quarter close are completed. Persistency and tenacity to ensure issues and queries are followed up, addressed and concluded in a timely manner. Critical thinking skills with the ability to identify and pre-empt issues and present viable solutions in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey detail, updates, ideas and collaborate effectively with teams and customers. Proficiency in Salesforce, CPQ, Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), and Tableau.
