About you:
As a Sales Operations Analyst focused on our Digital Sales function, you will play a key role in driving and optimising sales performance across multiple divisions at Access. To succeed, you’ll need to be a passionate, analytical self-starter with expertise in sales operations and sales tools, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Support sales cadence implementation to ensure target achievement, including forecasting, deal reviews, monthly business reviews, and annual planning.
• Provide ongoing support and insights to Digital Sales Managers, driving adoption of sales tools and utilising Rev Intel tools to generate actionable insights.
• Contribute to performance reviews by conducting analysis, addressing challenges, and collaborating with the Digital Sales Director to enhance business reviews.
• Deliver actionable insights through high-quality analysis to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
• Take operational ownership of order intake, submission, and accountability to ensure smooth processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on strategic objectives and drive successful outcomes.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Salesforce and Clari is a plus but not essential
• Experience in working with insights and delivering presentations using advanced Excel skills
• Strong self-starter with a highly organised and proactive approach
• Ability to think dynamically and analytically
• Skilled in managing multiple priorities and performing effectively in fast-paced environments
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels of the organisation
• Ability to clearly explain trends and challenge assumptions in a collaborative and constructive manner
