About you:

You will be someone who can:

• Develop effective relationships with prospect customers to maximise all new business sales opportunities.
• Have a sound knowledge of the full range of our Products & Services.  To be able to discuss/demonstrate the value proposition for each offering.
• Hit/exceed predetermined sales targets in line with company growth targets.
• Develop and implement a prospect contact strategy ensuring prospect contact KPIs are achieved/exceeded.

• Employs a range of skills & resources in the development of qualified new business sales leads.

 

Day-to-day, you will:

The Unleashed Sales Executives are primarily responsible for achieving sales targets and

building a sales pipeline within your assigned territories. 

The main responsibilities of a Sales Executive are to qualify leads and drive them through the Unleashed sales process to a desired outcome of growing the number of organisations subscribed to Unleashed

software.

You must be comfortable making many calls per day working with direct prospects, generating interest, demonstrating unleashed USP’s and Value Propositions, qualifying, maintaining an accurate pipeline and closing sales.

Targets will be set and measured on the value of new sales you achieve on a quarterly

basis which can be adjusted to allow for seasonality.

An important area of responsibility is to contribute ideas and manage outbound activities,
including deployment of weekly forecasts, quota attainment, short term, mid-term and

long-term opportunity management through pipeline.

The role may require your involvement with the other sales or marketing teams to assist
with following up contacts from industry events & assisting with enquiries from potential

clients of partners.

You will be required to continuously up skill in Unleashed Software’s core products & services,

new functionality, integrations, industry trends and best practices.

In addition, you will focus on your ongoing sales skills development, necessary to articulate, communicate and present Unleashed’s Unique Value Proposition to our customers.

You will need to focus on building and maintaining a detailed pipeline and provide accurate weekly forecasts.

You should demonstrate a genuine Passion and drive to succeed (passionate about our products and company)

As a well-rounded sales professional, your Skills and Experiences likely include: 

• GCSE A-C in Maths and English.
• Previous experience in a B2B sales role.
• Previous field sales experience.
• Sector specific sales experience.
• Able to work on own initiative.
• Self-motivated. 
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work as part of a small team.
• Able to prioritise a demanding workload.
• Excellent communication skills, telephone, email and written.
• Attention to detail.
• Act with integrity, loyalty and honesty.

• Travel and overnight stays where required.
