• Contribute to the Divisional Sales Leadership Team, share best practices across divisions, and use sales data to provide strategic insights to the Executive Management Team.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Proven success in driving substantial revenue growth at Director level or higher in high-growth tech businesses, especially within the software sector, by leading high-performance sales teams and executing effective sales strategies.
• Extensive experience across Enterprise, Group, and SMB accounts, adept at optimising go-to-market strategies to achieve success and profitability.
• Expert in building and leading high-growth sales teams, with a strong focus on attracting, converting, and retaining top talent to maximise revenue in the hospitality software industry.
• Highly analytical and data-driven, using data to guide decisions and strategy, with a reputation for innovative problem-solving within hospitality software solutions.
• Effective communicator with strong presentation skills, earning immediate credibility with peers and board-level executives, and possessing a deep understanding of the hospitality software market.
