We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have three charity days allocated to support a cause that matters to you.   About You: We are currently looking for an Inbound/Outbound Lead Generation Consultant to join our team, this is a great opportunity for someone who is currently in a lead qualification role and looking for a chance to join a company that offers career advancement. Day-to-day, you will: • Identify and develop prospective customer database through various channels LinkedIn, company & third-party databases. • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and/or social media messages to engage with prospects and uncover business needs • Research prospects to understand their need and potential fit for the products • Manage incoming sales leads, qualify and schedule meetings or demos between qualified leads and Account Executives. • Use CRM to capture data, organise & manage prospecting activities • Provide accurate and timely reports to Manager. • General organisational and administrative support for sales initiatives and team Skills and Experience: • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar lead generation/sales role • A solid track record in a role with a software environment • Demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines. • Strong relationship building and networking skills. • Use of CRM (preferably Salesforce) What are we all about?  The Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered providers of business management software to small and mid-sized organisations in the UK, Ireland, USA and Asia Pacific.
