About you:
As a Rewards Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive rewards strategies. With your expertise in compensation, benefits, global mobility, and EMEA-specific experience, as well as your skills in broker and vendor management, you will ensure our programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business objectives. This is a temporary role, with a contract in place until 31st of December 2025.
Day to day, you will:
Manage escalated reward queries across EMEA
: Act as a central point of contact for resolving complex reward-related questions, providing clear and accurate guidance that aligns with company policies and local regulations.
Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution for employees and stakeholders.
Coordinate benefit and reward programs with internal and external providers
:Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., payroll, Employee Success) and external vendors to ensure smooth operation and administration of benefit and reward programs.
Regularly evaluate program effectiveness and compliance with market trends and employee needs.
Develop and communicate engaging materials on reward policies:
Create clear, employee-friendly content that explains reward structures, policies, and programs.
Use multiple channels, such as presentations, workshops, and digital platforms, to drive awareness and understanding among employees.
Streamline processes and enhance employee experience:Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency in reward processes.
Implement solutions that simplify processes, reduce administrative burden, and improve employee satisfaction.
Contribute to policy development and ensure accurate invoicing:Support the creation, revision, and documentation of reward-related policies to ensure clarity and compliance.
Oversee invoicing procedures, ensuring accuracy and timely processing to support smooth program administration.
Your experience:
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, with proven experience in reward or compensation-focused roles.
Technical Expertise: Knowledge of reward frameworks, market benchmarking tools (e.g., Radford, Willis Towers Watson), pay structures, and proficiency in data analysis using Excel, HRIS, or compensation software.
Compliance and Analytical Skills: Familiarity with legal compliance for rewards/benefits and the ability to interpret complex data to make actionable recommendations.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive, detail-oriented approach and a commitment to confidentiality.
