We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have one charity day allocated to support a cause that matters to you.     About you:  As a Revenue Operations Partner, you will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and providing insights from data related to sales and marketing performance, market trends, and customer satisfaction, among other areas. You will be a member of the Revenue Operations team, reporting to the Revenue Operations Lead aligned to the Hospitality Division – The Hospitality Division is one of the largest Divisions at Access, with over 45,000 hospitality sites using our software across the UK and Ireland. Our leading hospitality software helps operators to deliver great guest experiences, improve gross profit through streamlined operations and attract, retain and engage team members. Day-to-day, you will:  • Partner closely with Hospitality divisional leadership as well as with cross-functional leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Finance • Deliver high-quality analysis, actionable data and insights to increase the efficiency of the Hospitality Division • Support the Revenue Operations lead with our operational cadence (e.g. QBRs, Pipeline and Forecast Review) Rhythm of business - Run Global / Local business processes and cadence of operations (e.g., goal-setting, revenue review, key accounts reviews). Drive operational excellence in the sales & marketing organization through identification and execution of • opportunity areas that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improved and repeatable processes and approaches. • Data driven business insights - Lead operational reviews, rhythm of business and business analysis including revenue, customer, and market analysis. Drive impactful analyses on major revenue and product trends, including revenue performance, product adoption, leading revenue indicators, productivity and sales effectiveness which inform executives and management of revenue upside opportunity and risks. • Provide executives with clear insights into drivers of business growth • Assist in analysis and presentation of materials for key management meetings • Collaborate across multiple functions within the Hospitality Division to shape initiatives and drive change • Develop new ideas to shape the strategy and operational rhythm of the division • Investigate, test, develop, and codify leading indicators of business performance. • Perform ad-hoc data analysis and modelling to support executive decision making Your skills and experiences might also include:   • Bachelor’s degree required; quantitative subjects (e.g. Maths, Economics, Engineering, Finance) preferred • Tenured experience in Business/Sales Operations, Strategy, Consulting (or similar) required • Proven ability in story-telling and presentations utilizing tools such as PowerPoint • Deliver high quality output in a timely manner while handling multiple priorities and limited resources • Problem solving, analytical experience with large database, senior relationship management and projects at a consulting or investment banking firm or in a corporate strategy/operations function • Experience in the IT / Software industry and/or B2B Sales preferred but not essential • High analytical proficiency in Microsoft Excel required • Experience in report building with Salesforce is a required • Experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) or SQL • Strong business acumen, analytical and interpersonal skills • An ability to communicate clear and concise information to management and cross-functional teams • Senior stakeholder management experience, with ability to lead and influence stakeholders of all levels of seniority • Strong execution, prioritisation and time management skills, whilst dealing effectively with ambiguity What are we all about?  The Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered providers of business management software to small and mid-sized organisations in the UK, Ireland, USA and Asia Pacific.
