We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have one charity day allocated to support a cause that matters to you.     About you:  As a Revenue Operations Partner, you’ll collect, analyse, and share insights on sales and marketing performance, market trends, and customer satisfaction. You’re data-driven and customer-focused, with a knack for using different tools and research to find new solutions to familiar problems. You’re self-motivated, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with some ambiguity. You’re eager to learn and take ownership, with a passion for driving growth and efficiency. You’ll work closely with cross-functional leadership, gain direct exposure from day one, and have the opportunity to grow your career with us. Day-to-day, you will:  • Deliver high-quality analysis and actionable insights to improve efficiency within the People Division. • Support the Revenue Operations Lead with operational cadence (e.g. QBRs, Pipeline and Forecast Reviews) and strategic initiatives. • Provide executives with clear insights into key drivers of business growth. • Assist in analysing and preparing materials for key management meetings. • Partner with teams across the People Division to shape initiatives and drive meaningful change. • Develop new ideas to refine the division’s strategy and operational rhythm. • Identify, test, and establish leading indicators of business performance. • Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and modelling to support executive decision-making.   Your skills and experiences might also include:   • Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in a quantitative field (e.g. Maths, Economics, Engineering, Finance). • Tenured experience in Business/Sales Operations, Strategy, Consulting, or a similar field. • IT/software industry and/or B2B sales experience is a plus but not essential. • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Experience with Salesforce, BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau), or SQL. • Strong business acumen, with excellent analytical and interpersonal skills. • Ability to communicate clear, concise insights to management and cross-functional teams. • Skilled at execution, prioritisation, and time management, even in ambiguous situations.
