We're passionate about helping our customers stay one step ahead of the challenges facing their industry and business, currently helping over 60,000 customers to have the freedom to do more.   The Challenge    As a Revenue Operations Partner, you will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and providing insights from data related to sales and marketing performance, market trends, and customer satisfaction, among other areas. You will be a member of the Revenue Operations team, reporting to the Revenue Operations Lead aligned to the People Division – The People Division is one of the largest Divisions at Access with 20,000 customers spanning from SMB through mid-market to lower enterprise, and offers leading HR and Payroll solutions to a wide range of industries. You are a data-driven, customer-centric individual, capable of leveraging a broad array of external tools, interests and research to propose new solutions for familiar problems. You are genuine, creative, self-motivated, and comfortable operating with ambiguity in a demanding & fast-paced environment.     You have a hunger to learn and apply new skills, and can think and act as an owner, with a passion for growth and efficiency. You are enthused by the prospect of working with and learning from cross-functional leadership and are eager to take on direct exposure from day 1. Moreover, you are excited by the opportunity to grow your career at Access Group.      What You’ll Do  Deliver high-quality analysis, actionable data and insights to increase the efficiency of the People Division Support the Revenue Operations lead with our operational cadence (e.g. QBRs, Pipeline and Forecast Review) and strategic initiatives Build dashboards in Tableau to review the People division performance Provide executives with clear insights into drivers of business growth Assist in analysis and presentation of materials for key management meetings Collaborate across multiple functions within the People Division to shape initiatives and drive change Develop new ideas to shape the strategy and operational rhythm of the division Investigate, test, develop, and codify leading indicators of business performance. Perform ad-hoc data analysis and modeling to support executive decision making.   What’s Needed To Succeed  Bachelor’s degree required; quantitative subjects (e.g. Maths, Economics, Engineering, Finance) preferred High analytical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and BI tools (Tableau / PowerBI) required Experience with Salesforce, PowerPoint 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Business/Sales Operations, Strategy, Consulting (or similar) required Experience in the IT / Software industry and/or B2B Sales preferred but not essential Strong business acumen, analytical and interpersonal skills An ability to communicate clear and concise information to management and cross-functional teams Strong execution, prioritisation and time management skills, whilst dealing effectively with ambiguity   What does Access offer you?
