Overview of the role: The ANZ Sales Director you will be the heart beat and mastermind of our Sales and Go To Market for Access Recruitment. We have big plans for the region and your role is pivotal in driving our company's growth as you’ll develop and execute strategic sales plans, leading and motivating a high-performing sales team of Account Managers and New Business sellers to take our world class products to market Excitingly, as we are new to the region, you’ll help establish our brand and identity within the tightknit recruitment industry and you’ll challenge the status quo where there is only a duopoly of providers. You’ll be as comfortable identifying and working with key technology partners and market associations to help promote our brand and the value we can bring. What You'll Do: • Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with our company's overall objectives. • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious sales targets. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities. • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve. • Provide regular sales reports and insights to senior management. • Deeply understand the value our products deliver and be able to coach your team to uncover and value sell to their prospects and customers • Identify and recruit new talent to augment your team in line with your performance and growth plan for the team • Be part of the ANZ Management Team representing all sales interests and activities As a leading Sales Director your Skills and Experiences likely include: o Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in SaaS sales or related professions: o Proven track record of managing sales teams to high performance o Experience managing teams of 6 or more sales professionals and ideally also have a track record of achieving performance by managing managers o Highly proficient in forecasting sales performance and using KPIs to make data based decisions on how to optimise your team o Experience in Recruitment or recruitment technology markets o A background in work effectively with marketing and other cross functional teams – operating at a company cross functional leadership level ideal. o Comfort presenting at company, industry and partner events What does Access offer you?
