We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have three charity days allocated to support a cause that matters to you.   About you :  As a QA Engineer for Unleashed Software (a member of the Access Group) you’ll be part of a cross functional team of Developers, Testers and Product Owners. You’ll be focused on ensuring that changes to product components, either feature development, minor enhancements or maintenance, are appropriately tested and issues identified and resolved before release. Day-to-day, you will:  • Design and develop testing to meet agreed acceptance criteria, actively contributing to requirements and analysis – understanding scope, risk and change complexity. • Contribute to the development of QA processes, Test scripts and understanding automation design principles & best practices to ensure quality & scalability across products. • Identify defects and replication and communicate risks, along with resolution, reporting and root cause tracking. • Actively contribute to quality centered activities, including static reviews, collaboration with cross functional teams, planning, exploratory testing techniques and optimal running of regression periods. Your skills and experiences might also include:   • A minimum of 3 years software testing experience, ideally with a foundation and understanding of automated testing practices – including a general concept of the software development life cycle. • Experience testing APIs, and exposure to testing SaaS products and feature sets. • A delivery orientation – the ability to prioritize complex technical/internal requirements with customer needs and commercial priorities will be an integral part of this role. • Bachelor's level education qualification in IM, Computer studies, engineering or equivalent, along with good organizational and communication skills.
