About you:
As a Middle QA Engineer, you are expected to have about 3 to 5 years of experience in the Software Development industry testing web-based applications using both manual and automated testing strategies.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Plan and execute various testing types (manual, functional, E2E, Regression, Smoke, and automated testing using Postman and CypressIO).
- Test product deliverables based on requirements, escalating issues, and collaborating with Engineering, Product Managers, and Business Analysts to meet deadlines.
- Follow QA practices and software development methodologies, troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading systems as needed.
- Promote a quality-focused approach within the team, supporting sprint deliverables through planning, task ownership, and risk management.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- 3+ years of testing experience with expertise in manual (Functional, E2E, Regression, Smoke) and automated testing (Postman, Playwright).
- Strong background in structured testing methodologies, test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting within Agile/Lean environments.

Proficient in Test management tools and the Atlassian suite.
- Beneficial knowledge: Recruitment Industry, Payroll applications, ERP/CRM systems.
