About you:
A skilled Project Manager with a passion for technology and pride in your work. A collaborative team player who takes shared ownership of program completion across functions, focused on delivering better outcomes for customers and teams. Thrives in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines while continually improving your skills and supporting others. Works closely with all functions across the divisions and stakeholders at all levels
Day-to-day, you will:
• Operational Support & Compliance: Assist the Operations Lead in communication strategies, ensure compliance, and support governance across teams.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with teams to enhance efficiency, unlock capacity, and address risks and issues within programs and projects.
• Drive Key Initiatives: Coordinate and advance critical Product & Engineering projects, ensuring alignment with divisional goals.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Foster effective communication and maintain alignment on objectives, deliverables, and milestones with stakeholders at all levels.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Change Management Expertise: Proven experience in change management within a software or operational environment.
• Project Leadership: Strong program and project management skills, adept at handling multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Effective Communication: Excellent ability to convey complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with strong verbal and written skills.
• Collaborative Team Player: Skilled at working in virtual, global, and cross-functional teams, with a talent for motivating others.
