With 20+ years of uninterrupted growth, we are seeking a Project Manager to support our growing Americas region.
About you:
As a Project Manager, you will lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders. You will manage project timelines, budgets, and communications, driving successful delivery and client satisfaction. This role is critical in ensuring projects meet objectives and are executed to the highest standards, contributing to the growth and success of the organization.
Day-to-Day, You Will:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and project teams, providing education and training on standard product functionality and customized solutions.
- Manage projects in alignment with established COINS methodology, adhering to internal processes such as issue management, risk mitigation, communications, and change control.
- Oversee all contract financials, including project and resource billing, ensuring accurate tracking of hours, jobs, and cost codes.
- Organize and lead project review and status meetings, both internally and externally, based on the specific needs of each project.
- Collaborate with the Manager of Project Management, Senior Project Manager, or other department leaders to drive large-scale projects (e.g., COINS ERP implementations, software development) and smaller consulting engagements.
- Ensure timely, on-budget project delivery that meets all quality standards.
- Foster strong client relationships by addressing concerns, resolving escalations, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Uphold integrity, loyalty, and honesty in all aspects of your work.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3+ years of project management experience in software, ERP implementations, or related fields.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, resourceful approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Preferred:
- Experience with COINS ERP+, EasyBuild, or other construction ERP software.
- Previous experience in software implementations or consulting environments.

Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including location, qualifications, experience, and skill set. Any compensation outside the stated range will be determined in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
