Day-to-day, you will:

Lead of a team of highly experienced consultants across our Payroll Portfolio.
Ensure the team deliver high quality ongoing onsite and remote consulting services in line with best practice standards that meet client requirements and support ongoing customer relationships
Ensure that customers experience exceptional service levels by proactively reporting on progress and issues, and consulting with other internal departments to solve problems and provide seamless support
Review and follow up allocated Customer Success & Support leads to ensure client receives resolution within required timeframes and maximise revenue opportunities,
Achievement of team utilisation and quota targets.
Maintain regular client communication and support customer success strategies
Achieve and maintain the required level of skills and competencies to perform the role, including product knowledge and legislative changes
Active promotion of the services and software solutions offered by The Access Group
Other duties as required from time to time

Skills and Experience:

Results oriented, deadline driven and highly organised.
Experience working with Payroll, Awards, Agreements and Fair work Payroll Standards
Ability to engage with customers and understand their requirements.
Software Implementation and Consulting Experience
Ability to influence a wide number of senior stakeholders both within the region and globally
A high degree of self-awareness and judgement, and ability to take a personal stand on issues when required
A strong communicator, both in writing and spoken communications
