Day-to-day, you will:
  • Lead of a team of highly experienced consultants across our Payroll Portfolio.
  • Ensure the team deliver high quality ongoing onsite and remote consulting services in line with best practice standards that meet client requirements and support ongoing customer relationships
  • Ensure that customers experience exceptional service levels by proactively reporting on progress and issues, and consulting with other internal departments to solve problems and provide seamless support
  • Review and follow up allocated Customer Success & Support leads to ensure client receives resolution within required timeframes and maximise revenue opportunities,
  • Achievement of team utilisation and quota targets.
  • Maintain regular client communication and support customer success strategies
  • Achieve and maintain the required level of skills and competencies to perform the role, including product knowledge and legislative changes
  • Active promotion of the services and software solutions offered by The Access Group
  • Other duties as required from time to time

Skills and Experience:
  • Results oriented, deadline driven and highly organised.
  • Experience working with Payroll, Awards, Agreements and Fair work Payroll Standards
  • Ability to engage with customers and understand their requirements.
  • Software Implementation and Consulting Experience
  • Ability to influence a wide number of senior stakeholders both within the region and globally
  • A high degree of self-awareness and judgement, and ability to take a personal stand on issues when required
  • A strong communicator, both in writing and spoken communications
