About You:
In this role you will ensure implementation projects are delivered, by yourself, to a high standard, in the timescale agreed with the customer. You will be comfortable communicating with the customer directly and providing guidance on processes and procedures.
You are expected to have excellent planning, resource and risk management skills and will be comfortable working with multiple customers on multiple projects in a given week.
You will be a self-starter who is comfortable working on tasks independently whilst identifying and raising any risks or concerns in a timely manner, to ensure a smooth project delivery.
Working as part of the wider Healthcare team you will be comfortable working with internal stakeholders (Projects, Hosting, Development, InterOps and DevOps) to ensure that everyone has all the relevant technical information required to successfully deliver large complex projects.
Day-to-day, you will:
Undertake management of multiple projects, ensuring delivery milestones are met within the agreed project time/cost/quality constraints
Work with your Team Lead to schedule your teams resources, ensuring good overall billable utilisation in order to achieve revenue targets
Implement and adhere to project processes
Identify and ensure project risks and issues are identified and documented
Utilise excellent communication skills with other team members
Build and maintain relationships with Key Stakeholders
Work to exacting standards to ensure excellent customer and user experience
Develop expertise in the delivery and implementation of products with the teams portfolio
Duties may vary from time to time without changing the nature of the post or the level of responsibility. The post holder may also be required to carry out any other duties as required by their line manager.
Skills and Experience:
Experience in delivering Project Management IT to Healthcare
Good communication with internal and external stakeholders
Leadership qualities
Excellent negotiating skills
Strong relationship building skills
Strong focus on delivery - Driven and able to adopt practical and pragmatic approach when required
Good project planning and forecasting skills
Strong budget management and forecasting skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
