About You:

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Ensure successful Payroll implementations for all Clients
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Utilise Taskray to create Project Plans to monitor and track progress
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Organise and Lead Project Kick Off Meetings
  • Communicate with efficiency and accuracy any progress and/or delays
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Act as the Teams focal point for internal project communications
  • Identifying any process improvement areas
  • Identifying and highlighting ad-hoc requests and opportunities for additional revenue opportunities

Skills and Experience:

  • Use and continually develop leadership skills
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and to co-ordinate multiple projects concurrently
  • Ability to influence a wide number of senior stakeholders both within the region and globally
  • A high degree of self-awareness and judgement, and ability to take a personal stand on issues when required
  • A strong communicator, both in writing and spoken communications
