About You:

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Deliver technical aspects of ERP solutions (including Attache Accounts, Attache Payroll, Attache Cloud, Access Financials, Access Workspace, Access Analytics, Access Expense, Access Capture, and other ERP Products)
  • Manage technical consulting cases
  • Technical execution of Upgrades, Installations, Migrations, third party integrations and troubleshooting for all ERP products
  • Manage the customer implementation from end to end.
  • Work collaboratively with Clients, other professional services team members, third party providers and other internal teams as required
  • Ensure that customers experience exceptional service levels by proactively reporting on progress and issues and consulting with other internal departments for timely issue resolution.
  • Active promotion of the services and software solutions offered by The Access Group
  • Achieve and maintain the required level of skills and competencies to perform the role, including product knowledge and legislative changes.
  • Other duties as required from time to time

Skills and Experience:

  • Results oriented, deadline driven and highly organised.
  • Technical knowledge of the Attache suite of products including Upgrades, Installations, Migrations, and troubleshooting
  • Ability to work in our small, shared services team and collaboratively with the wider ERP team
  • Ability to engage with customers and understand their requirements
  • Ability to influence a wide number of senior stakeholders both within the region and globally
  • A high degree of self-awareness and judgement, and ability to take a personal stand on issues when required
  • A strong communicator, both in writing and spoken communications
