About You:
- Act as the main point of contact for the development of the recruitment automation tool, driving the product vision from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the UK, Vietnam, and Turkey to ensure timely delivery of product milestones.
- Engage with stakeholders, including business leaders, development teams, and end-users, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct customer interviews and feedback sessions to understand user needs, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prioritise the product backlog, ensuring features are delivered in alignment with the company’s strategy and market demands.
- Manage product release cycles, providing clear communication and setting expectations with stakeholders throughout the process.
- Ensure the automation tool delivers measurable value, driving efficiency and effectiveness in the recruitment workflow.
- Monitor and report on product performance, using data to inform product enhancements and future development priorities.
Skills and Experiences Needed
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role, ideally within a technology-driven environment.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end product development, including experience in gathering requirements, prioritising features, and delivering successful product launches.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams, cultures, and time zones (UK, Vietnam, and Turkey).
- Experience in stakeholder management, with a track record of working closely with business leaders and external customers to align product development with business needs.
- A customer-focused mindset, with the ability to translate user feedback into actionable product improvements.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
- While recruitment industry experience is not essential, a willingness to quickly learn about the challenges and opportunities in the recruitment space is a must.
