We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have one charity day allocated to support a cause that matters to you.     About you:  As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for collaborating with the Product and Engineering teams to bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions. Working with agile methodologies to develop and enhance software solutions, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to ensure that business requirements are effectively translated into high-quality, scalable software products. Day-to-day, you will:  • Gather requirements from the Product manager and other Stakeholders and own the conversion of the requirements into stories and supporting documents. • Clearly identify and describe product backlog items to build a shared understanding of the problem and solution with the products and engineering team. • Creation of release documentation, user manuals and training videos • Act as the representative of the Product Manager and with sufficient understanding of the market, the customer and the operation of the business to make sound, informed decisions.   Your skills and experiences might also include:   • Agile (Scrum, Kanban) expertise in a digital/software product development environment • Solid ability to identify and refine User Stories that follow INVEST principles • Experience working with a range of stakeholders and technical teams across the business • Experience creating documentation to communicate detailed requirements to development teams What are we all about?  The Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered providers of business management software to small and mid-sized organisations in the UK, Ireland, USA and Asia Pacific.
