About You

As a Product Owner for Unleashed Software, (one of our Access companies) you will report directly into our Head of Product. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the vision of our product and the value it generates is translated into clear requirements for our product engineering teams and that the customer voice is championed internally through expert level understanding or our solution, and the way it is used. 

Day to day

•You’ll become an expert in the Unleashed products, and you’ll work hard to maintain up to date knowledge of the strengths of our product, its integrations, architecture, infrastructure, and user interface. 

•You’ll collect data from the various systems and help analyse information to make informed roadmap decisions. To manage requirements most effectively, you will be working alongside different stakeholders across the business 

•You’ll contribute to our Product Management Lifecycle, and you’ll collect requirements from users, customers, and other stakeholders, then document those in detailed user stories, specification, process flows and non-functional requirements.

Your Skills and Experience

•At least 2 years in a Product Owner position in a software business

•Experience in an agile product development environment using scrum, SAFe, Kanban or other contemporary agile frameworks

•Experience across a range of product management tools

•Tertiary qualified in a business or technology related discipline

•High levels of EQ, resilience, and a growth mindset, along with effective organisational skills

•Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal, is essential 

•Team focused with the ability to successfully manage stakeholder expectations
