You will own the platform and cross-product capabilities across a growing portfolio of products; from discovery and ideation through to delivery to market. You will work with multiple stakeholders, but you’ll be working most closely with our development and design teams. You will build products and capabilities based on research and constant external contact: customers, prospects and those shaping the sector. You will constantly be seeking opportunities to add value by working across multiple products, unifying them and leveraging their overall potential. You’ll gain buy-in from the business and execute with the development teams, Product team and other teams such as the go-to market group. You will also ensure that the strategy is fulfilled with practical go-to-market planning and engagement. Specifically, you closely work with our Product Proposition and Marketing teams to ensure a clear understanding of the product's purpose, key benefits, target customers and positioning. Day-to-day, you will:   • Define and communicate a compelling platform vision and strategy, aligned with company goals. Develop a thorough understanding of customer needs, commercial opportunities, and development requirements to leverage Access product capabilities across product lines. • Seek opportunities for product harmonization across the hotel product portfolio, Access Hospitality products, and new acquisitions. Use quantitative and qualitative evidence to identify opportunities aligned with customer value, business value, and strategic fit. • Work closely with development teams to bring requirements to fruition, balancing and delivering against competing initiatives while ensuring utility and quality for end users. Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders, acting as the voice of the customer throughout the build process. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and share insights with the wider business. Drive adoption by owning go-to-market processes, supporting sales and go-to-market initiatives, creating sales and demonstration materials, managing cross-functional implementation plans, and publishing key milestones and metrics for launch and post-launch actions. Your skills and experiences might also include:    • A proven track record in a Cloud/SaaS orientated businesses. Ideally, you will be used to a fully continuous delivery model. • Technical background with an appreciation of the art of the possible – an awareness of technical options and where they can be leveraged. • Data and evidence-led; identifying, gathering, measuring and analysing intelligence from multiple sources to steer product development and create real world value. • Commercially aware with a good understanding of market drivers and client needs, whilst able to innovate and seek out commercial opportunities What are we all about?   The Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered providers of business management software to small and mid-sized organisations in the UK, Ireland, USA and Asia Pacific.
