About you:  As a Payroll Executive, you will process client's payroll, meet the time restraints and deadlines required by the clients and The Access Group, whilst maintaining a high level of customer service to all clients. Day-to-day, you will:  - Process client payrolls accurately and on schedule, including out-of-cycle payments and third-party obligations (e.g., PAYG, superannuation, child support). - Respond to client communications and telephone enquiries regarding payroll matters, ensuring timely and professional service. - Support legislative compliance by assisting with updates related to taxation, superannuation, and award changes affecting client payrolls. - Collaborate with the team to meet daily payroll deadlines, maintain accurate payroll documentation, and reconcile general ledgers and reports before client delivery. Your skills and experiences might also include: - 7–8 years in Australian payroll, ideally with New Zealand payroll exposure and experience using date-driven systems. - General Ledger knowledge, strong problem-solving ability, and highly organised with the ability to work under pressure. - Excellent communicator, adaptable work style, and team-oriented with a focus on achieving group goals. - Experience working in an outsourcing environment is considered an advantage.
