Role Overview

Access Legal partner will, inform and inspire legal service providers through every aspect of their operation with technology solutions that empower them to deliver exceptional legal services and customer experiences to their clients, We help our customers to reach their ambitions, sustainably, efficiently and profitably, giving them the freedom to do more. We do this by enabling Legal Service Providers with industry leading solutions, always available from any location on any device. 

 

Access Legal develops technical and commercial partnerships with sector and workflow specific third parties to increase choice for our customers. We are looking for a Head of Partner Programs to work with and enhance existing partners as well as identify and develop new partnerships.  

Responsibilities

Review and asses existing 3rd party partner market impact and value to the customer, including the partners commercial performance and relationship to Access Legal, ensuring reporting and KPI’s between the businesses ensuring partner businesses are aligned to our technical strategy and follow all legal terms and conditions through regular touch points to foster further collaboration.  

 

Contribute to the partnership strategy in line with Access Legal customer first strategy by carrying out research opportunities to increase sales and customer excellence, create opportunities based on commercial strategy of Access Legal and identify and propose solutions to challenges that may arise due to existing partnerships 

 

Onboard new 3rd party partners. Research customer needs and how a partnership could improve the customers experience of Access Legal, identify businesses in the market that customers of Access Legal may benefit from and propose to management team with a partnership proposal, including technical, commercial and legal frameworks with internal subject matter experts.

Analyse partnerships and report. Audit the partner to establish how the partnership benefits both companies, communicate within Access Legal teams, propose evolution of partner strategies to improve customer outcomes. 

 

Experience/Attributes 

  • Experienced in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration or similar fields. Some knowledge of the Legal sector is desirable, but not essential 
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment where you have created and maintained business partnerships.
  • Self-motivated and organised with the ability to plan, implement and coordinate partner programs that improve the measurable and commercial output within a company.
  • Good understanding of product marketing with proven experience of creating propositions and position product/partners to a customer base
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently articulate at all levels including C-suite
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects with tight deadlines  
  • A team player with the ability to lead within a small team.
  • Energetic and passionate about the world of technology
