About you: ClassForKids are looking for someone to join our fun and fast-paced marketing team. You will be focused on driving lead volume using paid media, with a specific focus on kids activity providers in the UK and Ireland. Bonus points if you also have a creative eye for graphic design and have used design software similar to Adobe Indesign You will use your hands-on specialist skills in paid social to work collaboratively with our marketing team to drive results. This includes setting up new campaigns, optimising existing campaigns, identifying recommendations while being empowered to make changes directly to quickly influence lead flow. You will be accountable for delivering hard metrics and demonstrating the ROI of your paid marketing plans, so this role is for someone who loves reporting on performance and will have a natural handle on the numbers. We want someone who can get stuck in quickly, picking up ongoing demand generation campaigns, working with our marketing squad to drive paid media performance improvements. Day-to-day, you will:   • Work with Demand Gen Manager on a solid ad strategy each quarter to support rapid growth targets • Work with content team including content writers, designer, and videographer to create impressive and inspiring lead gen content e.g guides, infographics, planners, tutorials and how-to’s • You will be confident using Canva – more ideally Adobe InDesign – to design creative for lead gen as well as brand and traffic campaigns, this creative will be optimised for specific social media feeds. • Manage paid ad budget, optimising campaigns for best ROI • Frequently check lead, MQL and SQL numbers against target to ensure we are on track and that we are achieving decent cost per lead. • Feedback to rest of team, at monthly performance meeting, which campaigns are performing best and specifically which content and assets are performing best. • Consistently strive to improve performance and generate more SQL pipe for the business from the Paid Social space Your skills and experiences might also include: • At least 1-2 years' experience in paid social management specifically on Meta platform • Strong ad copywriting skills with excellent spelling and grammar • Experienced with Canva – bonus points if experienced in Adobe Design • Strong analytical and reporting skills • Experience in using CRM software like HubSpot/Salesforce What are we all about?   The Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered providers of business management software to small and mid-sized organizations in the UK, Ireland, USA and Asia Pacific.
