About you: You are a key member of the customer success team, working closely with managers and team leaders across various business areas, including GRR, NPS, revenue recognition, order intake, budget planning, forecasting, and reporting. You have a strong eye for detail and the ability to identify issues while ensuring systems and processes run optimally. You implement process improvements and enhance system outputs. Day-to-day, you will: 1. Track, report, and analyze key metrics – Monitor customer success metrics such as GRR, NPS, order intake, revenue recognition, and sales. Identify trends, provide insights, and ensure stakeholders have easy access to critical data. 2. Manage financial and operational performance – Oversee service backlog, identify available monthly revenue, highlight gaps in forecasting, and contribute to budget planning. Investigate anomalies in monthly margin packs to ensure KPIs stay on track. 3. Support strategic reporting and planning – Prepare and contribute to monthly and quarterly reports, analyzing KPI performance and insights. Provide reporting support for ad hoc requests and special projects. 4. Optimize processes and stakeholder engagement – Collaborate with stakeholders to improve system outputs, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure programs run effectively. Your skills and experiences might also include: 1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – Business acumen, data-driven mindset, and ability to quickly identify and address issues. 2. Excellent communication and organizational abilities – Strong interpersonal skills, stakeholder management, and ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively. 3. Technical proficiency and adaptability – Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with Salesforce is desirable. Ability to quickly learn and use new technologies. 4. Collaborative and detail-oriented approach – Comfortable working in a small, dynamic team while maintaining high attention to detail and flexibility during peak times. What are we all about?
