Apply to find out more. About you: You will be an experienced IT professional with management experience who knows how to lead a team of onboarding consultants. You'll be focused on excellent project delivery, customer service and driving a high utilization, high performance culture. With good commercial awareness you'll be able to help create new opportunities for services revenue, create efficiencies though automation and digital onboarding. As a leader within professional services you'll act as a project sponsor and escalation route for your teams projects. Day to day, you will: Team Leadership and Development • Drive team targets (utilization, revenue, performance, and NPS) while fostering customer satisfaction. • Mentor and support team members, set objectives, and ensure regular appraisals and development. • Collaborate with the L&D Manager to promote robust onboarding and learning pathways. Customer and Process Engagement • Collaborate with sales teams pre-contract to shape successful projects. • Ensure completion of go-live surveys and boost survey return rates through training and teamwork. • Resolve team issues and contribute to flightpath and delivery improvements. Strategic Involvement • Participate in management meetings and proactively respond to employee and customer surveys. • Promote Self-Gen opportunities and enhance team eNPS scores. • Provide expertise in onboarding processes and support ad-hoc queries across divisions. Your skills and experiences might also include: • Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to lead teams, including virtual teams, to deliver successful projects and resolve issues. • Customer-Centric Approach: Passion for delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Analytical and Organizational Skills: Strong problem-solving ability with a focus on improving processes, managing priorities, and keeping tasks updated. • Effective Communication and Adaptability: Excellent interpersonal skills, collaboration in diverse settings, and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
