Onboarding Manager – Hospitality (CRS)
Hybrid – Limerick

About you:
You’ll be hybrid working from the Limerick office 2 days a week as part of our talented Onboarding Team, supporting customers across Europe and APAC in the Implementation of SHR Central Reservations Systems. This is a fast paced, varied role working as part of a team of 4 CRS Onboarding Managers, leading successful implementations.
As The Access Group has recently acquired SHR and this will provide an opportunity for personal growth and will involve a broad scope of activities within this fast-paced, dynamic team and environment. Plenty of room for growth and learning and the opportunity to take ownership of projects in a positive culture & environment.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Lead Central Reservations Systems implementations, driving success, ensuring the projects tasks are prioritised, project timelines and revenue forecasts are all achieved.
• You will oversee project plans and tasks, managing the scope and change request, estimating the impacts of scope of changes on timelines and cost whilst, communicating status to clients and management. (This may involve on-site visits to clients during implementation)
• You will Manage resource for the projects efficiently, documenting Standard Operating Procedures instructions for ongoing business and transition the project to CSM/Technical Support Team.
• Configure the application based on the implementation plan, leading current and future state assessments around functionality and/or processes.
• Work closely with clients to keep them, updated with implementation plans, projects schedules, plans, benchmark metrics and communications documents.
Your skills and experiences should include:
• The ability to work at a fast-pace managing multiple internal and external clients projects, understanding clients objectives and collaborating effectively with product and operations team.
• It is essential that you have previous experience in CRS and the hospitality sector, knowledge of hospitality or distribution SaaS technology is also desirable.
• Experience within SaaS and hospitality and a proven project manager with an understanding of project management software.
• Experience with scope, change and resource management.
• Goal orientated with excellent communication, teamwork, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a collaborative attitude.
*Willingness to travel to clients sites as needed.
