We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have three charity days allocated to support a cause that matters to you.   About you:  As an Offboarding Team Leader, you will be responsible for executing the offboarding process when clients churn from our business. Working within the Access Technical Services team, you will ensure that all the teams offboarding procedures are completed accurately and in compliance with GDPR requirements. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and effective communication skills to ensure a smooth offboarding experience for our clients. Day-to-day, you will:  • Supervise and support a team of Offboarding Consultants, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure high performance and professional development. • Foster a collaborative team environment focused on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining compliance with company policies and GDPR regulations. • Oversee the offboarding process, including the handling of termination requests (DNR's) and ensuring that all tasks are completed according to product-specific requirements and within designated timelines. • Monitor team productivity and efficiency, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices to streamline operations. • Conduct regular quality checks and audits to ensure that offboarding procedures are executed accurately and in compliance with GDPR guidelines. • Provide feedback and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain high standards of service delivery. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Legal, and Data Protection teams, to address offboarding-related issues and ensure alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements. • Serve as a point of contact for escalations and customer inquiries related to offboarding processes. Your skills and experiences might also include: • Proven experience in a leadership role within a technical support or customer service environment. • Strong understanding of GDPR regulations and their implications for offboarding processes. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate team members. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
