We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have three charity days allocated to support a cause that matters to you.   About you:  As an Offboarding Consultant, you will be responsible for executing the offboarding process when clients churn from our business. Working within the Access Technical Services team, you will ensure that all offboarding procedures are completed accurately and in compliance with GDPR requirements. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and effective communication skills to ensure a smooth offboarding experience for our clients. Day-to-day, you will:  • Ticket based system: Follow ticket-based queue within Salesforce to pick up termination requests (DNR's) and execute the offboarding process according to specific product requirements. • SalesForce: Update the Salesforce DNR ticket and close the record upon completion of offboarding tasks. • Customer Comms: Ensure that customer communications during offboarding are handled professionally and that clients receive requested data in accordance with GDPR guidelines. • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance Your skills and experiences might also include:   • Previous Experience: A technical support role or similar position preferred. • Systems Experience: Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is advantageous. • GDPR: Basic understanding of GDPR regulations and data privacy principles. • Organisational Skill: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
