This role is required to administer, support, maintain our global infrastructure working autonomously and collaboratively with our local and global team members. You will need to apply your knowledge of networking and infrastructure technologies to ensure best practice configuration, performance and security is maintained. You will need to be able to work under pressure during customer affecting incidents to quickly restore service or determine effective work arounds. This is an ideal role for someone who has a solid foundation in networking and infrastructure, a thirst for knowledge, a curious mind and a desire to do more with their skills. This role also carries a strong need for service and SLA orientated thinking with a customer first mentality, and cultural sensitivity. Day-to-day, you will: • Product Accountability & Support – Ensure our products are secure, reliable, and deliver an excellent customer experience by troubleshooting and resolving issues across the Access Hosting estate. • Infrastructure Maintenance & Monitoring – Implement and maintain effective monitoring, perform upgrades and patches, and ensure the smooth operation of the environment. • Incident & Change Management – Manage assigned tickets efficiently, participate in high-pressure incident resolution, and communicate planned changes to stakeholders. • Documentation & Standards – Maintain technical documentation, follow operational procedures, and adhere to technical standards to support continuous improvement. Your skills and experiences might also include: • Network Support & Troubleshooting – Hands-on experience in a multi-client environment, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently. • Technical Expertise – Proficiency in LAN/WAN (Cisco ACI), firewalls (Palo Alto/Cisco), load balancers (F5), VPNs, remote access solutions, and IP addressing architectures. • Cloud & Infrastructure Knowledge – Experience with AWS Route53, Azure DNS, ExpressRoute, Mega Port, Direct Connect, and VMware Networking (NSX-T, NSX Edge). • Additional Skills – Understanding of Juniper routers, Meraki LAN switches and access points, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record of meeting SLAs.
