About You
  • We are seeking a talented and dynamic Mobile Business Analyst for our mobile team who are focusing on evolving our mobile SDK story. We want to create an outstanding user experience for developers and help our divisions build amazing user centric mobile applications for their customers and for us that starts with high quality requirements. Reporting to the Head of Mobile you will play a vital role working with the development team developing requirements for our software development kits.
  • This role will require experience in building mobile applications and you will preferably have worked with software development kits before. We are looking for someone who is passionate about mobile and about building the best possible mobile experience for our developers and our customers. You will be an excellent analyst who is not afraid to get their hands dirty and can communicate complex concepts clearly and succinctly. 
  • Day to Day you will: 
  • Support the product manager evangelising the software development kit to our divisions and driving adoption to help create consistent and best in class mobile applications throughout the Access Group
  • Managing and delivering on the product roadmaps for your product portfolio, ensuring they are aligned with the company strategy working closely with Product Development
  • Focus on continuously delivering value through your products, in support of the Mobile SDK  strategy
  • Engage with the Divisions and customers to deep dive on requirements, gather feedback and support User Groups to understand the customer and end user experience with Workspace
  • Collaboratively work with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project to help other team members elicit requirements and develop optimal business solutions, screen and interface designs
  • Be curious about developing technologies and show a keenness to understand and educate others 
  • Maintain effective communication between customers, business and technical stakeholders in the project so and ensure risks and issues are managed effectively
  • Ensure that all changes to requirements are well-thought through, implications considered, discussed with all relevant stakeholders, sized appropriately, implemented and tested
