Join the Access family and see how we make software ideas become a reality! Our core values of ‘love work, love life’ have been central to our success and we’re looking for people to join us who share our passion for making things better every day.
What are we all about?
The Access Group is a leading provider of business management software to small and mid-sized organizations in the EMEA, USA and Asia Pacific. A dynamic and innovative B2B SaaS company, Access is dedicated to delivering software solutions that help our more than 100,000 customers across commercial and non-profit sectors become more productive and efficient.
About you:
With 20+ years of uninterrupted growth, we are seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the Hospitality Software company within Access in our growing DACH region.
You are a dynamic and results-driven marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. With a passion for hospitality and a keen understanding of B2B strategies, you are eager to take ownership of impactful marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and lead generation. You enjoy the challenge of planning and executing engaging in-person and virtual events, forging relationships with industry associations, and crafting compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
In this role, you will join our Hospitality marketing team and will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams—including sales, digital, and content marketing—to develop and implement innovative strategies that fuel growth. Your ability to manage multiple projects, analyse performance metrics, and optimize marketing efforts will be instrumental in shaping our success. If you are proactive, resourceful, and excited to contribute to a market-leading hospitality tech company, this role offers the perfect platform to make a real impact.
Day-to-day, you will:
Campaign & Content Marketing: Collaborate with the content team to develop and promote marketing plans. Execute campaigns to drive engagement through the sales funnel. Plan and execute outbound email marketing via Marketo and work with the digital team to grow leads via inbound strategies.
Event Planning & Field Marketing: Plan and execute in-person and online events, including trade shows, regional meetups, and webinars. Support sales in networking with regional trade associations to expand field marketing efforts.
Sales Enablement & Stakeholder Engagement: Provide sales teams with resources to support their self-generation efforts. Build strong internal relationships and engage with stakeholders across sales, product, and marketing teams.
Analytics & Performance Management: Measure and report on campaign performance vs targets. Optimize marketing plans through testing and research. Analyze audience segments and use insights to refine strategy and drive continuous improvement.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. Strong understanding of software and B2B marketing strategies, ideally in the technology sector. Proven experience in planning and managing both in-person and online events. Native German speaker, ideally based in Germany.
Marketing Strategy & Execution: Ability to develop and execute integrated marketing plans across various channels, focusing on inbound digital and outbound tactics. Experience in content marketing strategies that attract and engage a qualified audience. Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including PPC, SEO, and social media for lead generation.
Technical & Analytical Skills: Salesforce and Marketo experience is a must. Ability to track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, optimizing campaigns based on data-driven insights.
Collaboration & Adaptability: Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate marketing strategies effectively across teams. Adaptable, solution-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel up to 20% annually for in-person events.
