This role focuses on running marketing programs across the entire
customer journey from customer acquisition to customer cross-sell and upsell,
as well as customer success and advocacy programs using all elements of the
marketing mix. You will be collaborating with sales, product and marketing
colleagues to execute marketing plans and continuously strive for improvement
in key program performance indicators.

In this role you’ll be working with the Not for Profit (charities,
memberships, NGOs) and Visitor Attraction sectors. We’re passionate about
delivering software that gives our customers the freedom to deliver more of
what drives them. From fundraising to brilliant visitor experiences.

Day-to-day, you will be working on many different campaigns and using multiple marketing
disciplines:

Content marketing: understand our customer pain points and topics
of interest to develop and promote a rich content plan that attracts a
qualified audience. You’ll be creating content like blogs, articles, social
media posts, white papers, case studies, website copy and PR. Will also include
briefing and working with copy writers on bigger content pieces. SEO will be a
key consideration when planning the content calendar.

Social Media: using our content plan, and industry news to create
a content calendar across all relevant social media channels including outreach
to influencers. Working with our sales and BD team to amplify our stories
through our internal advocate network.

Event marketing: occasional live event planning and delivery
support. Frequent webinar support, including setting up, running and creating
content for slide decks.

Email marketing: Plan multi-touch email acquisition and nurturing
programs with compelling calls-to-action and execute via central digital
marketing team.

Paid Digital and Social channels: Working closely with our central
digital team, plus agencies to create a programme of paid digital adverts.
Creating a test and learn programme to maximise return on investment. Weekly
reporting on KPIs.

You’ll be keeping track of your campaigns and activity through
tools like Monday.com and tracking pre approved spend and raising POs.

As a well-rounded Marketing Programmes Manager, your Skills and Experiences likely
include:

Can do attitude and high energy to fit

Marketo or similar marketing automation
platform

Salesforce / CRM experience

Copy writing skills

Paid media experience

A good understanding of the basics of
SEO
