About you:
In this role, you will plan and run marketing programmes that support both existing customers and new business sales teams in their self-generation activities for Access’ Financial Management Software solutions. You will focus on driving pipeline generation by assisting sales with their self-generation campaigns and executing multi-channel activities throughout the entire customer journey, from acquisition to cross-selling and upselling.
You will collaborate with teams in sales, product, product marketing, customer success, and various marketing functions to continuously improve key performance indicators for your programmes. Your efforts will help enhance the overall effectiveness of our marketing initiatives and support the growth of the business.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Develop and execute diverse demand generation and campaign management activities to attract and engage a qualified audience throughout the sales funnel.
• Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and digital content teams to create and deploy engaging enablement content that supports buyers on their journey.
• Plan, execute, and report on online events and training for both new and existing customers to drive engagement and generate pipeline.
• Measure and analyse performance against targets across all channels, optimising plans and providing recommendations for improvements based on audience insights.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Proficient in various marketing technologies, including webinar platforms, CRM, and marketing automation tools, with a strong commercial awareness of how marketing impacts revenue.
• Experienced in planning and managing integrated marketing plans that encompass both inbound digital and outbound tactics, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to generate leads and pipeline.
• Skilled in measuring and reporting results against targets, optimising marketing plans, and testing new approaches to enhance performance.
• A proactive and flexible team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of promoting ideas, influencing peers, and bringing campaigns to life visually with creative support
