About you:
As the Customer Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering customer communications across the Health, Support and Care (HSC) division. You will work closely with product teams to ensure timely, relevant, and effective communication regarding product releases, updates, and changes. This role requires strong organisation, stakeholder management, and attention to detail to maintain clear and consistent messaging across multiple platforms.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Customer Communications Management – Oversee and execute customer communications, including product updates, patches, and outage notifications, ensuring timely and relevant messaging. Maintain accurate customer lists, refine templates, and align with internal teams (Support, CSMs, AMs) to enhance communication effectiveness.
• Campaign Execution & Platform Management – Utilize Marketo and dotdigital to execute email campaigns, ensuring proper segmentation and preventing communication clashes. Support additional communications for Support teams, including acquisition campaigns in collaboration with CSMs.
• DC2 Project Support – Assist in communication strategies for the DC2 project, leveraging templates, composing and distributing messages, and advising on outreach opportunities. Support webinar execution, attend weekly meetings, and ensure FAQs are properly maintained in the knowledge base.
• Process Optimization & Stakeholder Alignment – Continuously review communication processes to close gaps, improve efficiency, and enhance coordination across teams. Ensure smooth information flow between internal stakeholders to maintain clear, effective messaging.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Communication & Language Skills – Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience & Technical Knowledge – Background in customer communications, marketing, or a similar role, with familiarity in email marketing platforms like Marketo and dotdigital.
• Project & Organizational Management – Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Stakeholder Collaboration – Strong stakeholder management skills, ensuring effective coordination across departments.
