Marketing Automation Manager The role requires hybrid working in our office location in Timisoara. If you are currently located elsewhere, relocation will be necessary and we offer support throughout the process. Apply to find out more. About you: The Marketing Automation Manager is the biggest advocate of our Marketo implementation and plays a key role in its effective and smooth running. We want you to be our Marketo expert and understand the best practices in email marketing including right nurture tracks to provide incremental value to nudge our leads towards sale in a way that feels personalised, human, and still converts. We also need you to understand the right types of content and calls-to-action to present to the right people at the right time, both for lead nurturing and to boost the sharing and forwarding of our content. Day-to-day, you will: • Execute all aspects of email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, target lists, template design, automation flows, and collaboration with the field marketing team. • Troubleshoot marketing automation issues, such as data imports, sync failures, and campaign execution errors. • Leverage Marketo to its full potential, develop dashboards/reports to measure channel effectiveness, and segment the database based on engagement. • Minimize unsubscribes, optimize email deliverability, and document lead nurture processes, A/B testing, and promotional strategies. • Implement new projects, lead nurturing tactics, and collaborate with other marketers to improve customer conversion and disseminate best practices. Example Metrics • Click-Through Rates - the proportion of the audience who clicked on one or more links contained in a lead nurturing email message • Campaign success rates - the percentage of campaign members who completed a desired action (downloaded content, attended an event, filled a form, etc.) • MQL – SQL conversion • Time to Customer Conversion - the length of time it takes for a lead to become a customer • Cost per Customer - the marketing cost of acquiring a new customer Your skills and experiences might also include:    • Proven experience with marketing automation systems, particularly Marketo, and expertise in driving email campaigns. • Strong analytical mindset, using data to optimize campaigns, improve conversions, and make strategic decisions. • Skilled in planning and executing lead generation campaigns, with experience in SaaS, Cloud, and software marketing. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and proactive approach in recommending and implementing new initiatives. • Proficient in Microsoft applications; Salesforce experience is a plus.
