Apply to find out more. About you: We’re looking for a Self-Service & Content Manager to join our Digital team to support our aim to provide a world class self-serve experience. The role of the Manager, Knowledge Management is multifaceted. You will support with optimising our current content strategy by shaping how we create, manage, and optimise content to create compelling self-service experiences that improve both customer experience and operational efficiency. This is a leadership role that will be supporting team members that work across all divisions & over 100 products. This role is critical in enhancing customer satisfaction, reducing support costs, and driving continuous improvement in how customers interact with and benefit from our content and self-service offerings.
