We're an organisation that likes to give back, so you'll also have three charity days allocated to support a cause that matters to you.   About the role: Access is seeking an M&A Partner to join our dynamic Transformation and Engineering Excellence team, within Product and Engineering (P&E). Reporting to the Head of Engineering Excellence and working with colleagues from across the Group you will be responsible for managing, supporting and enabling teams adopt the P&E operating model, tools and processes. You will build collaborative and long-lasting relationships, and provide the guidance for successful onboarding. This is an exciting and influential role, influencing areas for improvement across P&E to ensure a lean and achievable onboarding strategy. In addition to having demonstrable Products and Engineering expertise, you will be passionate about supporting the Product and Engineering community, embrace and seek out change in order to achieve business value, and be an engaging communicator. Ideally you will have experience in mergers and acquisitions and understand the complexities and sensitivities around the process. Key Responsibilities: • Engage with the central M&A team to understand the background and situation of up and coming product teams. • Coordinate and provide introductions to new product and engineering teams, to include presentations on the P&E operating model and the benefits. • Manage the onboarding planning sessions with the new product and engineering teams, to include the creation of achievable plans, ensure regular communication and support, removal of blockers. • Be a point of contact for new product and engineering teams, building trust and engagement. • Provide the necessary learning and development, and demonstrations as required to support onboarding, bringing in subject matter expertise where needed. • Track progress on adoption and provide regular update reports to senior stakeholders. • Make recommendations for change and improvement to the onboarding process and/or the P&E Operating Model • Build effective relationships with Key stakeholders across functions, influencing and engaging at all levels across the business. • Work independently and autonomously to achieve key Objectivities, prioritising activities as required to maximise personal time and diary management.
