THE ROLE

CPL Learning are seeking a Licence Application Administrator to join us on a 12 month fixed-term contract to cover a period of maternity leave within the team. This will be a full-time role responsible for managing the personal licence application process for our clients and customers in the hospitality and retail sectors. You will join a close-knit, highly efficient team responsible for the management of a large volume of applications, ensuring accuracy throughout and providing updates to our clients on the status of their application.

The Licence Application Administrator is a key role within the team which drives a significant revenue stream for the business. Therefore, it’s essential that the successful candidate is adept at managing a high-volume workload to strict deadlines, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality is never compromised.

YOUR DUTIES

  • Manage and maintain personal licence applicant (PLA) data in line with department procedures and GDPR regulations
  • Completing quality assurance checks on PLA information packs, recording this data within our central database
  • Responsible for obtaining any missing applicant information through calls and emails to the client or customer
  • Manage call handling from customers on the status of their application and internal queries from the relevant client manager for corporate applicants
  • Work to strict SLA’s to meet the necessary deadlines throughout the process, escalating to management where these may be breached

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven administrative experience in a similar professional services industry is essential
  • Similar experience of managing an end-to-end application process for clients/customers would be highly beneficial
  • Experience in working to the GDPR regulations and awareness of the necessary measures in processing and handling data
  • Confident and proficient with Microsoft Office packages, including Word and Excel
  • Able to work under pressure in managing high volumes of work to strict deadlines
  • A confident and professional communicator when speaking with customers and colleagues
  • Able to work accurately with a strong attention to detail

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, working flexibly between 08:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday
