Apply to find out more. About you: The Learning Experience Designer (LXD) will form part of the central Learning Services delivery team within Customer Success. As an LXD, you will blend instructional and user-centric design principles to develop impactful learning programs that support customers in the adoption of Access software products. Day-to-day you will: You will partner with stakeholders on global projects from concept to delivery and evaluation, with responsibilities that include, but are not limited to: · Selection and application of appropriate learning interventions based upon your understanding of adult learning theory to achieve desired outcomes. · Collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and product teams to proactively anticipate content maintenance · Development of media rich learning programs that are engaging and interactive, leveraging the latest tools and technologies · Administration of the content provisioning and Learning Management System (LMS) platforms Your skills and experiences might also include:    · User experience design skills and knowledge of adult learning theory. · Effective consultative skills, including influencing and negotiation, and the ability to build solid, credible relationships quickly. · Ability to bounce back from setbacks quickly, proactive problem-solving skills, and critical thinking. · Enhanced written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex subjects and tell compelling stories & strong data analysis skills, collaboration skills, and attention to detail. · Proficiency in design and build of SCORM, video, and audio content using: Rise, Evolve, Camtasia, and PlayHT.
