You are an experienced leader, who is able to lead multiple content teams to create high quality resources on time and on budget. You are highly commercial and can quantify the value of development. You are able to work across multiple products, understanding the market and competitive landscape for each. Day-to-day Responsibilities: - Set eLearning content roadmaps using data analysis and customer feedback. - Line manage content creation teams, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality delivery. - Identify and resolve blockers to project delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. - Present progress updates and issues to senior stakeholders. Your Key Skills and Experiences may include: - Extensive experience in designing, developing, and managing eLearning solutions. - Strong project management skills with the ability to navigate complex projects to completion. - Proficient in gathering and analyzing data to inform product roadmap decisions and ensure quality. - Effective senior stakeholder management and fostering a positive work environment.
