About you: You are an analytical, collaborative and motivated individual that enjoys problem solving. You have experience in the software engineering industry and are keen to work with other people interested in technology to make great products for our customers and broaden your knowledge in a variety of tech stacks. Day-to-day, you will: Work as part of an Agile team, analysing requirements and writing code to implement solutions that help our customers to be efficient in their own business and drive success. Attend daily scrum meetings, plan work in sprints, feedback in retrospectives and share our delivery in sprint reviews. Bring quality into all of your work, thinking about our company values, customer experience and team productivity. Review code health tooling, automated security checks and other metrics or observability tools to help improve our products and be aware of industry threats. Collaborate with your team to bring your own ideas to the table and learn from other great people. As a well-rounded Junior Software Engineer, your Skills and Experiences likely include: Great communication skills to work with global teams, updating work items as needed with updates or comments and working with your squad to provide updates. A understanding of a tech stack / languages such as C#, python or JavaScript Strong object-oriented approach to writing code, understanding SOLID design principals and common software development paradigms. Understanding of Unit Testing would be preferable. Understanding of CI/CD concepts would be preferable. What does Access offer you?
