About you:
As a Junior QA Manual Tester, you will be an integral part of our quality assurance team, responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify bugs, validate features, and ensure that our applications meet the highest standards. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop your testing skills, learn industry best practices, and grow your career in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand requirements and define test plans and test cases for new features and applications.
• Execute manual test cases to validate that software functions as intended and meets the defined requirements.
• Identify, document, and track bugs, working closely with developers to ensure issues are resolved before release.
• Perform regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not negatively impact existing functionality.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies
• Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Basic understanding of databases and ability to write simple SQL queries is a plus
• Attention to detail with the ability to identify subtle defects and inconsistencies.
