About you:
You are passionate about understanding customer needs and enjoy translating them into actionable tasks. You are detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to dive into the world of hospitality – specifically distribution and revenue management solutions for hotels. You already have some experience with and/or are keen to develop your career in product management. You’re eager to learn as well as collaborate with various stakeholders and contribute to building high-value, impactful software products.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Collaborate with the product and engineering team to prioritize and manage the development of features and enhancements for Revenue Management and Distribution products, as required by the business and customers.
• Participate in product discovery, testing, assisting in gathering and documenting customer requirements and ensuring they are clearly understood by the development team, to enable continuous product improvement.
• Work closely with developers, QA, and other stakeholders to support the successful delivery of product features.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external integration partners, assess and prioritize which partners to integrate with, as well as collaborate with them to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• A basic understanding of and/or interest in agile methodologies and product development processes.
• Some experience in working with software products, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, concise requirements.
• Interest in or experience with the hospitality industry is a plus.
