Day-to-day, you will: - Manage operational processes and services to ensure a high-quality delivery across Customer-facing teams, development teams, and platforms. - Organize and Present Data to support strategic decision-making and process improvements. - Mitigate risk by identifying control gaps among teams and help to propose and implement solutions. - Assist stakeholder alignment on Customer Success processes both current and coming. - Provide administrative support to teams or projects as needed. - Perform other departmental duties as assigned. Your skills and experiences might also include: - Solid understanding of business process management. - Strong time management skills and the ability to consistently meet deadlines. - Exceptional verbal, written communication, and presentation skills. - Adept at problem solving and decision-making. - A Self-starter and the ability to receive and implement feedback - Strong English skills - 1-2 years of prior experience in operations management is preferred, but not required.
