Day-to-day, you will:

  • Manage operational processes and services to ensure a high-quality delivery across Customer-facing teams, development teams, and platforms. 
  • Organize and Present Data to support strategic decision-making and process improvements.
  • Mitigate risk by identifying control gaps among teams and help to propose and implement solutions. 
  • Assist stakeholder alignment on Customer Success processes both current and coming. 
  • Provide administrative support to teams or projects as needed.
  • Perform other departmental duties as assigned.

 

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration (or related Business studies).
  • Solid understanding of business process management  
  • Exceptional verbal, written communication, and presentation skills. 
  • Good problem solving and decision-making skills. 
  • A Self-starter and the ability to receive and implement feedback 
  • Strong English skills 
  • 1-2 years of prior experience in operations management is preferred, but not required.
